We offer standard and express shipping across India. Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, while express shipping reaches most major cities within 2-3 business days.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your package directly through the 'Order History' section in your account.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact. Some promotional items may be final sale.

Which payment methods are accepted at RESHA INDIA?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India.

Are your products ethically sourced?

Yes, RESHA INDIA is committed to ethical sourcing. We work directly with local artisans and manufacturers to ensure fair wages and high-quality craftsmanship for every product.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our processing phase and can no longer be changed.
